My son, Joe Mellin, a designer of business systems, changed the direction of EBT in 2012 when he envisioned the method as a global community in which small groups met remotely to raise their set point together. Certified EBT Providers could use the EBT tech platform to inspire and inform people with their groups and coaching.
Since that time, Joe has moved on to help other organizations. For the last four years, he has been with Microsoft, now focusing on what the organization does for the gig economy. However, his business design concept, values, and perspectives still shape our work with brain-based health.
